About us

We are a professional and patient-centric independent eyecare practice with a goal to provide high quality eyecare and hearing care to every patient.

We are seeking two highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join us as part of our reception/optical assistant team.

The individual will be responsible for welcoming in patients to the practice, dealing with ingoing and outgoing orders/documents, ensuring all records are kept up to date, maintain a fresh inventory and communicate with patients via telephone, email and in person. Optical assistants would also be responsible for frame styling, dispensing and making adjustments to spectacles, making sure that the best advice is provided to all patients.

The ideal candidate for this position will work well as part of a close knit team, demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond for our patients, be professional and comfortable working in a high end retail environment.
