Full job description

About Us DOCTOR FACE is a premier medical-led aesthetic clinic and training academy specializing in advanced facial transformations. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-end, professional, and welcoming environment for both our clinical patients and our academy delegates.

The Role We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our Cardiff team on a part-time basis for approximately three days per week, working six hours per day. You will be the face and voice of our clinic, ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience from the moment a patient or delegate contacts us. This role requires a balance of excellent administrative skills, a warm professional demeanor, and a keen eye for supporting our clinical operations.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS Please only apply if you meet both of the following mandatory criteria.

First, you must have a minimum of two years of direct experience working on reception or in an administrative front-of-house role specifically within the facial aesthetics clinic industry.

Second, you must be fluent or highly proficient in both English and Arabic, both verbal and written. This is essential as a significant percentage of our clientele is Arabic-speaking, and you must be able to communicate effortlessly with them.

Key Responsibilities Your daily duties will involve front of house management, which includes warmly welcoming patients and academy delegates upon arrival, managing the reception desk, and maintaining a pristine clinic environment.

You will handle patient coordination by managing bookings, handling phone and email inquiries in both English and Arabic, and guiding patients through their clinic journey with care and professionalism.

You will also provide marketing support by assisting with in-clinic marketing activities, helping to showcase our treatments, and playing an active role in patient engagement initiatives.

Requirements Minimum of two years of reception or administrative experience within the facial aesthetics clinic industry.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain complete patient confidentiality.

Ability to work approximately three days a week, six hours per day, to support clinic and academy opening hours.

If you meet the specific aesthetic industry experience and language skills required above, and you are passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your CV to apply.
