Working Hours

  • Monday: 8:15am – 5:15pm
  • Tuesday: 8:15am – 7:15pm
  • Wednesday: 8:15am – 5:15pm
  • Thursday: 8:15am – 5:15pm
  • Friday: 8:15am – 3:15pm
  • One Saturday each month: 8:45am – 2:15pm

What You Will Be Doing

As one of the first people our patients meet, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and positive experience for every person who visits the practice.

Your day will include:

  • Welcoming patients with a friendly smile and making them feel at ease.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service in person, over the telephone and by email.
  • Managing appointments and helping clinicians' diaries run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supporting patients throughout their journey with kindness, empathy and professionalism.
  • Answering enquiries confidently and helping patients understand their treatment journey.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Working closely with our clinical team to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
  • Helping patients arrange appointments and continue their treatment plans.
  • Supporting practice events, marketing campaigns and Open Days.
  • Keeping our reception area organised, welcoming and professional.

No dental experience is required. If you have customer service experience and a great attitude, we will teach you everything you need to know.
