CLINIC RECEPTIONIST - Exclusive Birmingham Private Surgery Clinic - UKSKIN

We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist to join our private surgery clinic, located in the heart of Birmingham.

Contract Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Shift Days: Monday to Friday. Please be aware that working hours can change. We will require a flexible and reliable candidate who can also help on certain Saturdays in the month in lieu of a weekday.

Salary: From £12.71 per hour

The Role:

As the receptionist you will be responsible for providing a seamless patient journey, and a warm and friendly welcome. It will be important, as the face of the Clinic, to be confident in your knowledge of services we provide at UKSKIN. In this role you will be providing support for UKSKIN's sister brand Forza Private Clinic. Forza is one of the leading non-surgical aesthetics clinics in the Midlands.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting patients/visitors
  • Opening and closing of the clinic
  • Conducting calls to new patients to confirm upcoming appointments
  • Conducting calls to no-show appointments and reschedule as needed
  • Rebooking patients for their next appointment
  • Ensuring all patient paperwork is complete and to date
  • Completing daily room and stock checks
  • Taking new business/existing patient calls

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience of using Pabau Clinic Software
  • Knowledge of the Aesthetics Industry
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
