Receptionist - Part Time 14 hrs every weekend - 9am - 4pm

Devonshire House - Plymouth - PL6 7JW

£12.71 Per Hr

We are on the hunt in Plymouth for an experienced Receptionist.

Duties and responsibilities are,

  • Answering Telephone, Redirecting Calls, Handling Queries, and Taking Messages
  • Answering door and greeting visitors
  • Opening and Distribution of Incoming Mail
  • Placing Invoices into Envelopes ready for Posting
  • Franking Mail
  • Other Admin Functions as Required
  • Occasional Trips to Post Office
  • Making Beverages for the Team
