We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, friendly in person, organised with the diary, and able to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Taking payments and managing patient accounts
  • Following up with new patient enquiries and treatment leads
  • Supporting patient finance and treatment coordination where needed
  • Maintaining accurate patient records

  • Excellent on the phone
  • Confident speaking with patients
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Well-presented with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work calmly in a busy environment
  • A good team player with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and dental software
  • Motivated to grow within a private dental practice

Previous dental reception experience is preferred, especially in a private practice, but we may consider an exceptional candidate from a strong customer service, healthcare, hospitality or luxury retail background.

Desirable experience

  • Dental reception experience
  • Experience with dental software such as SOE, Exact, R4 or similar
  • Knowledge of private dentistry
  • Experience handling new patient enquiries
  • Experience with payments, treatment plans or finance applications
  • Strong written communication skills

What we offer

  • Competitive pay: £14–£18 per hour depending on experience
  • Supportive and friendly team
  • Modern private dental environment
  • Opportunities to learn and grow
  • Exposure to advanced dentistry and digital workflows
  • A professional, patient-focused workplace
  • Potential performance-based incentives for the right candidate
