Full job description

PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY - THANK YOU.

If you’re looking for a varied and rewarding role, that’s much more than the usual “receptionist or admin” job then you’ll love our friendly, enthusiastic chiropractic clinic.

This is a busy post of 3-5 shifts per week including some Saturdays. This is part of a job share role, which needs flexibility covering annual leave and occasional emergency cover.

The post involves a mix of AM & PM shifts across the week. Typical shifts range from 7:30 - 1:30pm or 8am-2pm for AM Shifts and from 1:15pm -6:45pm or 1:45pm -7:45pm for PM shifts. We are only open until 1:45pm on Saturdays. A Total of 18-30 hours per week.

This is a rare opportunity for a professional person who likes a challenging role where they can work as part of a dynamic and award-winning team. Are you the new team member we are looking for?

As well as the front of house reception work, you’ll help with the overall running of the clinic, assisting the clinic manager with diary management, advertising, social media, website edits, event organising and other office-based tasks.

We are looking for a thoroughly reliable person with excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, who’s held a position of significant responsibility and enjoys making a difference. You must have plenty of computer experience, excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude.

No prior knowledge of chiropractic is needed, you won’t be involved in anything in the treatment room. But you do need to be enthusiastic about health, helping people and want to part of a supportive community at work.

We’re a busy clinic, so you must be the kind of person who enjoys getting stuck in and you’ll need to thrive in a busy environment with natural multitasking and hospitality skills, but be tasked focused and able to “get the job done” under pressure.

Does this sound like you? If yes then please apply now!
