Seneca Medical Group is a global medical organisation with 35 years of experience, specialising in Hair & Scalp Disorders and Hair Restoration Surgery, with an international presence across multiple countries.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service Administrator to join our clinic in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and email correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Perform general administrative and reception duties.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support the daily operation of the clinic.
  • Work closely with the medical and management teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional telephone manner with excellent customer care skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm
  • Two Saturdays per month, with one weekday off in lieu for the second Saturday worked.

Travel Requirements

Although the role is based in Edinburgh, the successful candidate will be required to travel to our Glasgow clinic at least 1–2 times per month, or more frequently if business needs require.

All travel expenses between Edinburgh and Glasgow will be covered by the company.
