Booking and Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Unit 8 Elgar Business Centre, Moseley Road, Hallow, Worcestershire WR2 6NJ

Salary: £25,000–£26,000 (depending on experience)

Full-time | Office-based

About Care4Health

Care4Health is a specialist provider of Occupational Therapy, Social Work and healthcare assessment services to Local Authorities and the NHS throughout England.

Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts, we are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Bookings & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Operations Team.

This is a key role supporting the successful delivery of multiple contracts by coordinating clinician diaries, arranging appointments, communicating with service users and clients to ensure services run smoothly.

The Role

Working closely with our Operations Lead and clinical teams, you will coordinate bookings across multiple live contracts and become the central point of communication between service users and clinicians.

No two days are the same.

Success comes from staying organised, thinking ahead and solving problems before they become issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinician diaries across multiple contracts.
  • Book service user appointments efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Care4Health Contract Manager, Local Authority and NHS clients.
  • Allocate referrals to clinicians.
  • Monitor appointment availability and capacity.
  • Respond quickly to diary changes and cancellations.
  • Ensure bookings meet contractual KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records within company systems.
  • Support mobilisation of new contracts.
  • Work closely with Operations, Recruitment and Clinical Leads.
  • Produce operational reports when required.
  • Help identify ways to improve scheduling efficiency.

About You
