We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer service-driven Dual-Site Receptionist to join our front of house team, working across both our Yeadon and Bingley practices.

This is a dual-site role, so you will be required to work at both locations, providing a consistent, first-class reception experience for our patients across the two practices.

The role:

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients at both Yeadon and Bingley, supporting them throughout their journey whilst delivering a 5* customer service experience.

You will work across both practices, managing reception and appointment books, welcoming patients, and completing a range of administrative and financial tasks. The role will require you to be flexible and comfortable working between the two locations, depending on the needs of the practices.

Working hours:

Monday 08.30am - 7.00pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm

41.5 hours per week

The ideal candidate:

We don’t need you to know anything about dentistry; full training will be provided. We want you to have a genuine passion for delivering a 5* customer service experience for all our patients. Keeping people happy and making them smile will fulfil you in your role!

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven front of house/reception experience
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a 5* service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems
  • Attention to detail and strong organisation skills

What we offer

  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Your birthday off (paid!)
  • Structured training and clear career progression
  • Supportive leadership team with regular check-ins

Plus great perks including:

  • Team social events (Summer & Christmas)
  • Seasonal gifts & vouchers
  • Employee referral rewards
  • Mental health first aid support
  • 60 % discounted membership at hundreds of local and national gyms & spas
  • Blue Light Card access
