Dental Receptionist & Front of House Lead

Location: West Hampstead, London NW6 (Brand New Private Practice)

Salary: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (Plus potential for more with Nursing/Specialist skills)

Job Type: Full-time (37–40 hours per week)

Opening: July 2026

The Opportunity

Join the "YDW Family" at our brand-new, state-of-the-art private practice in West Hampstead. Following the success of our sister practices in Islington and Maida Vale, Yourdental Wellness is opening in July 2026 to provide premium, specialist dental care in a relaxing environment.

The Role

As our Front of House Lead, you are the face of the practice and the architect of the patient journey.

  • First Impressions: Greet patients and visitors with a professional, friendly manner (and a smile!).
  • Coordination: Manage phone enquiries, schedule complex specialist appointments, and maintain meticulous patient records.
  • Financials: Collect payments, process insurance claims, and manage office supply inventory.
  • Consultation: Assist in the patient journey by discussing treatment plans (training provided if you are new to dental terminology).
  • Versatility: Have a background in Dental Nursing or Social Media Management? We value multi-talented team members and reflect this in our salary offers.

Requirements

  • The "People Person": You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing high-end customer service.
  • Organisation: Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
  • Location: Candidates must live within a 1-hour commute of NW6. We value your work-life balance and want your commute to be sustainable.
  • Experience: An understanding of dental terminology is ideal, but we will provide full training for the right person with a strong service background.
