Full job description

About Us

We're a pregnancy ultrasound clinic, and for many of our customers a visit to us is one of the most exciting moments of their lives, being perhaps the first glimpse of their baby, finding out if it's a boy or a girl or a reassurance scan when they just need to know everything's okay. We're a growing team, and we care a great deal about making every customer feel welcome, looked after and at ease.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, warm and reliable Administrator to join our Tamworth clinic. You'll often be the very first person a customer meets, in person or on the phone, so a friendly manner and a genuine interest in people matter just as much as being organised. It's a busy, rewarding environment, and you'll play a real part in making customers' experiences special. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers to the clinic and being their first point of contact, in person, by phone and by email

Looking after customers throughout their visit, from arrival to appointment to leaving

Helping customers with bookings, enquiries and any purchases such as scan images or keepsakes

Responding to enquiries professionally, warmly and promptly

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience (essential)

A warm, professional and reassuring manner

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organisation and time management

Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

Competent IT skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

What We Offer

Minimum of 8 hours per week with flexibility

Opportunities for overtime

Full training and ongoing support

A friendly, supportive team

The chance to develop and progress within a growing business

The reward of being part of a genuinely happy environment

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Free parking
  • On-site parking

Work Location: In person
