Part -Time Clinic Administrator (High Performance Role)

ChilternWellbeing Foot & Ankle Clinic

Hayes, Middlesex | Part-Time

ChilternWellbeing is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Part-Time Clinic Administrator to join our award-winning podiatry team.

This is not a standard reception job — it is a brilliant leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

The Role

You will be the heartbeat of the clinic — welcoming patients, managing bookings, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a world-class practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calls, emails, enquiries, and patient bookings
  • Play a key role in the growth of the business
  • Engage in outreach and create connections with local partner and GP’s
  • Use initiative and get tasks done to its entirety – no excuses
  • Handling payments, invoicing, and patient records
  • Supporting clinic organisation, stock control, and operations
  • Writing referral letters and clinical correspondence
  • Working closely with the Clinical Director

Marketing & Social Media

You’ll also support our growing online presence through:

  • Creating and scheduling social media content
  • Responding to Google reviews and patient feedback
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns (training provided)
  • Using tools such as AI and ChatGPT
