  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and personal data, ensuring accuracy for medical records
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes smoothly while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Maintain organized filing systems for medical records, appointment logs, and correspondence
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing support, document preparation, and inventory management of office supplies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
  • Prior administrative experience preferred, especially within a healthcare or medical office setting
