Full job description

Are you a natural people-person who genuinely loves helping others and wants a part-time role that actually fits around your life?

At We Fix Feet, we are a friendly, passionate team of Podiatrists and Sports Rehabilitation specialists based in the heart of Beeston. We have helped over 34,000 patients get back on their feet, and we are looking for a warm, confident communicator to be the first voice our new patients hear.

This is not a cold-calling role. Every single person you speak to has already put their hand up and asked for help. Your job is to listen, understand what they are going through, and guide them towards the right treatment at the right time. Your superpower will be turning enquiries into appointment bookings

The Role

You will be based at our Beeston Clinic, responding to warm inbound patient enquiries via our CRM system, having genuine conversations with people suffering from foot, ankle, and lower-limb problems, and booking them into the right treatment or care package.

Think of yourself less as a salesperson and more as a trusted guide, someone who helps people take that important first step towards getting better.

Alongside your coordinator duties, you will provide lunchtime cover for our front-of-house team, greeting patients as they arrive, answering calls, taking payments, and supporting the smooth running of the clinic. It is a varied, people-facing role, where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding promptly and warmly to inbound patient enquiries via phone, email, and our CRM system.
  • Having empathetic conversations to understand each patient’s condition and guide them towards the right treatment
  • Booking new patient appointments accurately into our practice management system.
  • Nurturing leads who are not quite ready to book yet, with thoughtful and timely follow-up
  • Presenting and explaining our treatment packages, membership, and care plans clearly and confidently
  • Providing lunchtime front-of-house cover, greeting patients, answering calls, taking payments, and supporting reception
  • Working occasional Saturdays on a rota basis alongside your Monday to Friday hours.
  • Keeping our CRM records accurate, up to date, and organised at all times.

This Role Is Perfect For You If…

  • You have experience in a telephone-based customer service, patient coordinator, or sales advisory role
  • You are a natural listener who makes people feel at ease straight away
  • You are organised, reliable, and comfortable working with CRM or booking software.
  • You have worked in healthcare, aesthetics, dental, wellness, or a similar patient-facing environment, desirable but not essential; we will train the right person
  • You are happy to muck in with front-of-house duties and support the wider clinic team
  • You want a consistent part-time role that genuinely fits around your life.
