Experienced Dental Receptionist

Please read carefully: Previous dental reception experience, excellent references, and an outstanding attendance record are essential.

Smile Welling Dental Care is looking for a reliable, professional, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our busy mixed NHS and Private practice in Welling, Kent.

Part-time: 2–3 days per week, 8:00am–5:00pm. We can be flexible on working days, but availability on Thursdays is essential.

We are a modern, fully computerised 5-surgery practice offering a wide range of treatments including Implants, Orthodontics, Invisalign, Composite Bonding, Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontics, and Periodontics.

The Role

Working as part of a two-person reception team, duties include:

  • Managing appointments and patient enquiries
  • Providing excellent front desk and telephone support
  • Processing payments and maintaining patient records
  • Handling website enquiries
  • Assisting with marketing and social media activities

Requirements

  • Previous dental reception experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer and social media knowledge
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Strong attendance record and excellent references
