Full job description

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator with excellent communication skills to join our practice in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Role Details:

  • From £14 an hour Depending on Experience
  • Full Time role
  • Dental experience essential
  • Sales experience desirable
  • Must be GDC registered

Role requirements:

  • Help develop business by converting new patient enquiries (telephone, website and social media) into consultations and treatments
  • Provide a 1st class patient experience from first contact to post treatment
  • Provide accurate and appropriate advice on treatments available, costs and finance options
  • Carry out consultations
  • Monitor patients’ treatment journey
  • Approachable person with a high level of professionalism
