Full job description

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a competent, reliable and enthusiastic person/persons to join our Practice Team in Kinghorn Medical Practice. Immediate start available.

Experience of working in a GP surgery and the use of Docman and EMIS is essential. Full Time / Part Time available.

Duties include general reception work, answering phones, typing, efficiently dealing with appointments and signposting where appropriate, and dealing with prescription requests, managing workflow, communicating in a clear and concise manner with GP's, patients and other health care professionals and a number of other administrative duties.

All applicants must be a team player and have flexibility between 8am and 6pm Mon - Fri to cover annual leave and sickness if required. The post is permanent Salary will be based on experience. Hours per week: 18-37.5 hours
