You’ll work closely with a wide range of clinicians and other members of the Practice’s administrative and Management teams on a daily basis, and lead by example in terms of providing professional, helpful and non-judgmental customer service at every patient contact.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in General Practice
  • Confidence using the Vision clinical system, Docman and other systems
  • Experience in leadership, training or coaching others
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who’s calm, organised and thrives working in a busy environment
  • Existing clearance to work in the UK for the hours described

About you

You enjoy supporting others, building team confidence and creating a positive working environment. You take pride in delivering excellent patient service and lead by example. You understand that the smooth running of the GP Practice depends on a high-performing Reception team, and your role in making this happen.

What we offer

  • Starting salary £31,800 pro rata
  • NHS pension (SPPA) with continuity if you’re an existing SPPA member
  • Generous annual leave plus public holidays
  • NHS discounts and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • A supportive and friendly working environment
