At Cora Healthcare, the focus is on making patient care as straightforward and accessible as possible by providing one dedicated point of contact close to home.

  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience
  • Energetic, flexible, and proactive with a “can do” attitude
  • Confident using IT systems and technology
  • Excellent communicators with strong telephone skills
  • Experienced in delivering high levels of customer service

Previous experience within a contact centre or healthcare environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
