Full job description

A state-of-the-art family owned Cosmetic and Aesthetic Clinic that was founded in 2004. Zenith Cosmetic Clinics is a multidisciplinary aesthetic clinic based in Nottingham and London, offering the most advanced and innovative techniques for surgical, non-surgical and dental treatments, it also offers its very own operating theatre. Purpose of the Role

The role is to deliver exceptional service, ensuring patients are well-informed about treatments and receive a 5-star experience. You will coordinate and follow up throughout the patient's journey, from booking to treatment. Empathy, strong people skills, and excellent IT skills are essential.

Job Description

  • Maintain a high standard of organisation and patient confidentiality.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, online, and WhatsApp.
  • Conduct outbound telesales, generate leads, and follow up to convert into business.
  • Focus on patient retention, upselling, and delivering holistic medical solutions
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and participate in promotional activities.
  • Engage ethically with patients, providing accurate treatment information.
  • Consult with patients seeking surgery and book consultations with the appropriate surgeon.
  • Achieve conversion targets, delivering high-quality service and information.
  • Handle patient concerns with empathy, maintain individual targets, and collaborate with the team.
  • Record accurate data in CRM and clinical systems, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and training.
  • Send promotional materials, appointment reminders, and manage documentation.
  • Process payments, inform patients of finance options, and collect consented before/after photos.
  • Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations and safe practice standards.
  • Note: This role is not limited to the tasks listed above and may include other duties as required
