Care Navigator Opportunity (Part time)

Morland House Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our care navigation team, previous GP surgery/NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working hours are to be agreed however flexibility to cover annual leave and sick leave is essential. There is also a need to cover Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
