Our Patient Services Team is looking for a receptionist who is passionate about healthcare, ready to make a difference to our patient’s healthcare journeys. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our patients, supporting them to access the right services.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be part of a non-clinical triage team, supporting clinicians in the day-to-day operations of a busy GP practice. As part of the team, you will undertake key duties such as:

· Occasional Reception of patients at our Front Desk, checking patients in and dealing with queries in a polite and warm manner

What we are looking for:

We want people who genuinely enjoy patient interaction. A background in Customer Service is desirable, with the ability to maintain calm and productive discussions when patients are facing health concerns.

People who possess critical thinking ability and enjoy problem solving will thrive in this role. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment that presents opportunities for growth and learning.
