Receptionist – Dental Practice
Location: Smile Dental clinic St Andrews
Hours: 5 days per week over Monday to Sunday , 8:45am – 5.30pm WEEKEND WORK INVOLVED

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Smile Dental Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional welcome
  • Managing appointments and the practice diary
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Processing payments and handling patient records confidentially
  • Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous reception or customer service experience (dental/medical experience an advantage but not essential – training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using computers and practice software (training given)
  • A friendly and positive attitude
