Experienced Medical Receptionist

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £13.77

Taybank Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator who can confidently work in a busy practice environment, providing excellent patient care and high-quality administrative support to the wider practice team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service while supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy GP practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, along with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Administration staff work to a rota covering practice opening hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Previous experience within a primary care setting and knowledge of Vision and Docman systems would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the successful candidate. Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, excellent IT skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.
