Abbey House Dental -Rugeley is looking for an Experienced Patient Coordinator to support and guide our patients through their treatment journeys. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, patient‑focused, and passionate about helping people make informed decisions about their dental care.

About the Role

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the key link between our clinicians and patients, ensuring each individual fully understands their treatment options and feels supported throughout their experience with us.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1:1 consultations to explain treatment options and next steps
  • Support patients in understanding plans, procedures, and associated fees
  • Build strong relationships and ensure every patient feels listened to and valued
  • Coordinate treatment journeys from initial enquiry to completion
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians, reception, and management
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with patients in a timely, caring manner

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a dental or healthcare environment patient coordination, dental nursing, or patient-facing roles desirable.
  • Must have an NVQ Level 3 in dental nursing or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional manner
  • Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial information
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience
