SPA Service Coordinator

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Full-Time Permanent

Willington, Derbyshire

At Bionical Health, we’re looking for a confident, organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our Single Point of Access (SPA) team at our Head Office in Willington, Derbyshire. You’ll play a key role in supporting one of our specialist nursing services, ensuring patients receive timely, accurate and compassionate support from the very first contact.

This isn’t just admin — it’s coordination that genuinely matters. You’ll be the central link between NHS teams, clinicians, nurses and patients, ensuring information flows clearly and efficiently so patients receive the right care at the right time.

You’ll be:

  • Managing a high-volume NHS and clinical email inbox with speed, accuracy and professionalism
  • Liaising with NHS centres regarding new patient referrals and treatment regimes
  • Carrying out welfare calls to Nurses and Renal Technicians to resolve issues quickly
  • Completing welcome calls for new patients, helping shape their first experience of care
  • Carrying out welfare calls to Nurses and Renal Technicians to resolve issues quickly
  • Coordinating closely with Clinical Lead Nurses and internal teams
  • Managing the NHS inbox and Nurse/RT inbox for both services
  • Recording and managing clinical incidents and adverse events accurately
  • Keeping communication workflows organised, efficient and patient-focused
