MYA Cosmetic Surgery

We are looking to increase our existing operational team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast growing and productive clinic within one of the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery providers.

We are looking for a friendly, confident, self-motivated person who would be able to take a hands on role within our Operational department.

This is an office based role. We require you to work flexibly from our Head Office & Clinic in Harrogate & also our other sites if business needs require.

The role of Operations Clinic Coordinator:

Coordinate Operations:

Responsible for supporting patients scheduled on an operating date with MYA. As part of the team you will be equipped to deal with a range of patients enquires or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, with clear guidance and explanation to deliver a helpful service in line with MYA’s standards. The OCC will be a point of contact for the patient once they are scheduled on an operating date and will ensure all administrative milestones are complete in order of operations to take place. They will be responsible for collecting and processing correspondence from patients, GP’s, medical specialists and the clinical team to ensure all paperwork is in place for operations to proceed. As well as prioritising all incoming information the OCC will be required to take telephone calls, assist with enquires, book or amend appointments and take payments. The OCC must ensure that every opportunity is maximised and all administration is completed within the required targets set. The OCC will work as part of a team and require strong administration and organisational skills to manage and prioritise their workload in a fast-paced working environment. The OCC will manage the patient process ensuring the highest quality of service is met.

Supporting our Revisions team - providing support and communication to our patients undergoing revision surgery. Answering day-to-day queries, assisting with booking their pre & post appointments and any general queries they may have. Working closely with our Clinical department.

Key Responsibilites:

· To ensure that all staff comply with the GDPR and treat all patients with respect and dignity, including keeping all notes confidential and understand the required processes to achieve this.
· Be a point of contact for patients and assist with any queries.
· Providing high quality customer service to patients
· Answering phones, texts and emails providing information and processing messages.
· Ensuring that all paperwork has the necessary signatures
· Ability to remain well organised, prioritise workload and handle patients with a clear and helpful attitude.
· Provide an administrative service to patients, such as booking appointments, advising Surgeon availabilities or arranging photos etc.
· Monitor and respond to enquiries made through the implant query hotline and email address.
· Contact patients at crucial points throughout their pre and post-operative journey to maintain an excellent service and level of communication.
· Provide patients with information regarding expectations, admission information and requirements, pre and post-operative advice, instructions and providing moral support to all patients.
· To provide support and assistance to other departments when needed.

This is a full-time position, flexible for weekends may be required as per business needs.

**Salary is £25,500 per annum**

22 days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays**
