Overview
We are currently in search of a dynamic and motivated Receptionist to join the Dr Elif Clinic team based in Harley Street.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations to discern their needs and preferences.
  • Educate leads about our comprehensive range of aesthetic services, treatments, procedures, and courses, emphasizing the associated benefits and addressing any concerns.
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our clinic, customizing your approach based on each lead's specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic's marketing and operations teams to stay informed about the latest services, promotions, and offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all leads, clients, and visitors.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, coupled with a genuine passion for assisting clients in achieving their aesthetic goals.
  • High level of professionalism, representing the clinic's brand and values effectively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
