Job Overview
We are seeking 2 dedicated and professional Medical Receptionists to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments as necessary.
- Answer phone calls promptly and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Process patient information and insurance details accurately during registration.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an reception or office role, preferably within a medical setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A compassionate approach towards patients and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.
