Treatment Coordinator/ Reception – Join Infinity Dental Suite!

Are you a friendly, organised, and motivated individual looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? At Infinity Dental Suite, our brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic in Harrogate, we’re looking for a Receptionist - treatment coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of a high-performing, patient-focused team from the very start.

Why Join Infinity Dental Suite?

Infinity Dental Suite is the sister practice to our flagship Infinity Dental Clinic in Leeds – the UK’s leading Straumann Implant Centre. We specialise in dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, sedation, Denplan, and comprehensive patient care.

Our expansion into Harrogate means a fresh, modern environment, cutting-edge technology, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences.

About the Role: Receptionist - Treatment Coordinator

Your main role will be to deliver a smooth and welcoming front-of-house experience for every patient. In addition, you’ll also support the clinical team by helping patients understand their treatment plans, discuss options, and guide them through their journey when needed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing the front desk: greeting patients, handling calls, bookings, and managing diaries.
  • Delivering a professional, caring, and organised reception service.
  • Assisting in explaining treatment plans and finance options to patients when required.
  • Liaising with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Supporting follow-up communication with patients to ensure they feel informed and cared for.
  • Maintaining accurate records and helping coordinate patient treatment where needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a positive, professional, and caring person who:

  • Has previous dental reception experience (or strong front-of-house experience in healthcare settings).
  • Is confident communicating with patients in person and over the phone.
  • Has a natural ability to build trust and explain information clearly.
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven.
  • Has some experience or is willing to be trained in treatment coordination.
  • Enjoys being part of a supportive, patient-focused team.

What Makes This Role Special?

  • Dynamic Role: Combine front-of-house excellence with treatment coordinator duties.
  • Training and Development: Receive full training in treatment coordination if needed.
  • State-of-the-Art Environment: Work in a brand-new, modern clinic with the latest technology.
  • Supportive Team Culture: Join a welcoming, high-performing team from the start.
  • Patient-Centred: Help patients feel informed, valued, and cared for throughout their journey.

Your Next Step

If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service, highly organised, and excited to grow your skills in treatment coordination, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today to join Infinity Dental Suite in Harrogate.
