Full job description

Job OverviewWest Brom Smile Centre | Part-time, 3 days/week (with route to full-time) | West Bromwich, B70 EXPERIENCED REQUIRED

Plus an uncapped performance BONUS for private treatment booked and completed

About us

West Brom Smile Centre is a busy mixed NHS/private practice on West Bromwich High Street, offering general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and hygiene care. We're investing in a new role dedicated to making sure our patients get booked in, followed up, and looked after from first enquiry through to treatment.

The role

We're looking for a confident, organised Treatment Coordinator to own our diary and our patient pipeline. This isn't a reception role — it's a proactive, target-driven position focused on filling appointments and converting treatment plans, working alongside our clinical team and reception.

What you'll be doing:

  • Calling and following up with patients who are overdue for a check-up or hygiene visit, and reactivating patients who haven't been in for a while
  • Following up every consultation and treatment plan that hasn't yet been booked, until it's scheduled or the patient has clearly said no
  • Meeting patients in person after their consultation to talk through treatment options, cost, and finance, and getting appointments in the diary on the spot
  • Managing our online booking system and enquiries from the website, WhatsApp and Facebook, making sure nothing sits unanswered
  • Keeping a simple daily log of calls made and appointments booked

What we're looking for

  • A confident, friendly phone manner and genuine comfort discussing treatment costs and payment plans with patients
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards booking/conversion targets
  • Experience in a dental, aesthetic, or other appointment-led private healthcare setting is a strong plus, but not essential — we'll train the right person on treatments and systems
  • Experience with dental practice management software (SOE) is helpful but not required

Hours

3 days per week to start (proposed Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am–5pm), with the potential to move to full-time based on results. We're flexible on the exact days for the right candidate.

What we offer

  • Uncapped, meaningful performance bonus tied to treatment booked and completed — top performers can earn significantly more than the base rate
  • Genuine opportunity to grow the role into a full-time position as the practice grows
  • Supportive, friendly team environment
