Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in compliance, quality, governance, or management systems roles
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
  • Previous experience managing and coordinating an externally certified quality management system, such as ISO 9001 or an equivalent standard

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and maintain the organisation's compliance, quality, and governance systems
  • Support external accreditation schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and SEQOHS
  • Assist with internal and external audits, evidence gathering, and follow-up actions
  • Develop and review policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols
  • Monitor improvement actions, incidents, risks, and non-conformances
  • Support data protection, information governance, and security activities
  • Contribute to management reporting, KPI tracking, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
