About the role

Drom Clinic is a premium private aesthetic and medical clinic in the heart of Chelsea. We are looking for a polished, client-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients — someone who combines warmth and professionalism with strong organisational, financial and sales skills. Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet all clients, ensuring a five-star first impression
  • Manage all appointment bookings and scheduling via the clinic CRM system
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls; answer patient enquiries professionally
  • Present and pitch clinic services and treatments tailored to each client's needs
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through confident, consultative communication
  • Raise and issue client invoices, take payments, and maintain accurate patient records
  • Reconcile daily income against invoices issued and escalate any discrepancies promptly
  • Carry out monthly fire and safety checks — including testing the fire alarm system — and log the results
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
  • Uphold GDPR and patient confidentiality standards at all times

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a medical, clinical, or aesthetic reception role
  • Background in a private hospital, aesthetic clinic, dental, or specialist practice preferred
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and appointment management software
  • Demonstrable experience of client invoicing, taking payments, and reconciling income to invoices raised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales-minded: comfortable presenting services and securing bookings
  • Impeccably presented with a warm, professional demeanour
  • Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care standards
  • Valid DBS check required prior to commencement

Nice to have

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in a luxury or high-end private aesthetic clinic
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, laser, skin therapy)
  • Multilingual skills are a bonus

Pay: £31,000.00 per year
