Recruitment Consultant

Including, but not limited to, supported living, complex care, community support, domiciliary care and care after custody. We specialise in supporting adults with complex care needs, physical, mental and dual diagnosis. Our team is dedicated to enabling independence, dignity, and inclusion. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for care and support staff.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
  • Write and advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed, including references, right-to-work verification, DBS checks, and employment history.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with CQC regulations, employment legislation, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
  • Promote the company's values, culture, and employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work to agreed recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire and vacancy fill rates.
  • Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to attract talent.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring new starters have completed all required compliance documentation before commencing employment.
  • Monitor recruitment trends and recommend strategies to attract and retain high-quality care professionals.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to forecast recruitment needs and workforce planning.
  • Produce regular recruitment reports and updates for management.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial enquiry through to onboarding.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous recruitment experience within the health and social care sector.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems.
