Our reputation is built on reliability, compliance, and strong relationships—this role sits right at the heart of that.
The Role

· Preparing and processing documentation in line with framework and audit requirements
· Ensuring all compliance standards and deadlines are consistently met
What We’re Looking For
· Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
· Confident communicator, both written and verbal
· Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable working with systems, processes, and deadlines
· Previous recruitment or compliance experience is beneficial, but not essential
What You’ll Get
· Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
· Clear training and development pathway within recruitment
· A supportive, team-driven environment
· Flexible working options post-probation
· Monthly incentives and team rewards
· Relaxed, positive office culture (including Dress Down Fridays)
If you’re someone who takes pride in getting the detail right, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a career within recruitment—this is a strong opportunity to join a business that’s growing and making a real impact in the social work sector.
