ABOUT THE ROLE

M-Sport UK is a leading global motorsport engineering company, renowned for designing, building, and running championship-winning rally cars across prestigious championships. We are looking to recruit for an EHS Advisor to support and promote a positive Environmental, Health & Safety culture across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced motorsport and engineering environment, allowing you to plat a key role in ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and the wellbeing of our workforce.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures across the business.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and investigations where required.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant UK legislation and company standards.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and provide guidance to managers and employees on EHS matters.
  • Support incident reporting processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Assist with environmental management activities including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and EHS training where required.
  • Maintain accurate EHS documentation and records.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Previous experience within an Environmental, Health & Safety or compliance-based role.
  • Be confident working within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
  • Have a proactive and practical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently whilst also supporting multiple departments across the business.
  • Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent is desirable.
