We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to develop and grow our presence in the UK medical aesthetics market. The role will focus on driving sales of aesthetic injectable products, expanding the customer base, developing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with medical-aesthetics professionals and key opinion leaders.

The successful candidate will have established experience within the UK aesthetics market, a strong network of healthcare professionals, and a proven track record in field sales. The role requires regular travel across the assigned UK territory and a highly commercial, relationship-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and sales targets across the UK territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, practitioners and distributors.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and commercial support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic doctors, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, dentists, nurses, clinics and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and training sessions.
Support the development of KOL relationships and other commercial and educational activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs within the UK injectable aesthetics market.
Manage the assigned territory effectively, including customer visits, sales pipeline development and account planning.
Negotiate commercial opportunities and support customer retention and business growth.
Provide regular sales activity, pipeline and market feedback to management.
Travel regularly throughout the UK to meet customers and support commercial activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of field-sales experience in medical aesthetics.
Current or recent experience with a competing dermal-filler manufacturer or specialist aesthetics distributor.
Established network of aesthetic doctors, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, dentists, nurses, clinics and KOLs in the UK.
Proven experience selling injectable aesthetic products directly to clinics and practitioners.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, opening new accounts and growing existing customers.
Strong knowledge of the UK dermal-filler and injectable aesthetics market.
Experience organising product demonstrations, workshops, training sessions and KOL activities.
Strong commercial, negotiation, territory-management and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned UK territory.
Full UK driving licence.
