Full job description
Evolve is partnering with a specialist orthopaedic medical equipment supplier to recruit a Graduate Medical Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business in the orthopaedics and trauma space, offering hands-on clinical exposure, strong mentorship, and a clear pathway into an Account Manager role within around 18 months. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to support key hospital accounts, drive product adoption, and develop new business across NHS and private healthcare settings, while building a long-term career in medical sales.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity covering Nottingham and Lincoln.

Ideal Requirement for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
- Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
- Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
- Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
- Partner with Account Managers to drive territory growth and expand key hospital accounts, contributing directly to business development across Nottingham and Lincoln.
- Provide expert in-theatre support across Orthopaedic and Trauma procedures, ensuring clinicians receive exceptional service, confidence, and hands-on assistance with products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of clinical and commercial stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre teams, nurses, procurement, and hospital management.
- Support product trials, evaluations, and new technology adoption within hospitals, delivering demonstrations and training that help improve clinical practice and drive successful conversions.
