Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery and operations of our commercial data services. Working closely with the Data Manager, you will help ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of client and internal projects, many of which are delivered within clinical trial environments.

The role supports the smooth running of our data services offering and involves maintaining project workflows, supporting data quality control processes, contributing to new business activities, and providing technical support to customers. You will help ensure that services are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards for clients, including academic institutions, pharmaceutical sponsors, Clinical Research Organisations (CROs), and other key stakeholders.

Duties

· Support the Data Manager in the operational delivery of commercial services

· Maintain detailed project workflows, ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on time and appropriately documented

· Coordinate service activities to support timely and accurate project delivery

· Contribute to new business development activities, including completing vendor onboarding and assessment requests

· Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing problem-solving and technical support

· Support quality control processes in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes

· Undertake ad hoc duties to support a small, growing, and collaborative team

Skills

· Proven experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously

· Experience working within a quality-assured and regulatory-controlled environment (essential)

· Strong numerical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Educated to A Level (or equivalent) or higher

· A scientific or clinical background is beneficial but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
