Sales Consultant (Luxury Dental Sales)
£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£60,000 to £70,000 OTE)
Location: Leeds
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 10:30am to 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 6:30pm
One Saturday per month: 9:00am to 5:00pm

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for patients beginning their smile transformation journey.
You'll:
- Welcome patients on consultation calls and guide them through their premium smile journey.
- Build trust through empathy, active listening and a consultative approach.
- Understand each patient's goals and recommend the treatment that's right for them.
- Confidently handle objections relating to price, timing and treatment concerns.
- Ensure every patient is seen by a clinician within seven days of sign-up.
- Work closely with our clinical team to deliver a seamless, five-star patient experience.
- Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

You'll have:
- One to five or more years' sales experience.
- A proven ability to uncover customer needs and identify motivations.
- Confidence handling objections and closing sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to perform in a fast paced, target driven environment.
Experience within regulated industries or knowledge of FCA or GDC standards would be an advantage but is not essential.
