Field Sales Executive – Birmingham - West Midlands | £50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£120K+ OTE)

This is a field-based B2B sales role promoting high-demand products and services to businesses within your assigned territory. You’ll be fully supported, but success is determined by your mindset, work ethic, and ability to prospect and close deals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating new business through direct field sales in your allocated area
  • Engaging with customers face-to-face and presenting tailored products and solutions
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Managing your own diary and working independently in the field
