Ready to grow your potential? Join us as a Sales Graduate and be brave, be real, and join a community of graduates just like you while working in our exciting new Business to Business venture as part of O2 Business. Spend time understanding our business, leaving a lasting impact and widening your skills, earning a starting salary of £32,000 whilst doing it!
O2 Business is our new focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks - helping us win more business and better serve our customers.
Make things happen
Our scheme lasts 2-years, consisting of 3 rotations within our fast-paced, target-driven B2B organisation. You’ll experience areas of our sales divisions, working with customers in areas such as:
- SME (Small-Medium Enterprise)
- Enterprise
- Public Sector
- Indirect Partners
You’ll master each of these areas, learning how to profile and tailor your approach to each customer, selling them the services that meet their needs. Learn how to engage new prospects and retain existing customers while getting to know our amazing products inside out. The customers you’ll work with are demanding, but very exciting, and you’ll have the opportunity to support them through their digital transformation using our products, ultimately improving their customers’ experience.
This scheme will begin with a 10‑month placement based in our Manchester office. After this initial period, you’ll have the opportunity to work from other locations such as London or Birmingham as part of your remaining rotations, with travel between offices expected throughout the scheme. We operate an office‑first working environment, prioritising time together in the office to support learning and collaboration, while offering flexibility, including varying working hours and occasional home working, as agreed with your manager.

You must have a 2:1 or above, although it doesn’t matter in which subject – we’re more interested in your qualities than your specific qualifications.
