Charterhouse Mobility is a successful, rapidly expanding family-run company operating within the essential mobility furniture sector. We provide bespoke, high-quality mobility solutions and exceptional customer service, making a genuine difference to our customers' lives and independence. In line with our ambitious expansion and growth strategy, we are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated Field Sales Demonstrator to join our dynamic team, specifically covering the North of England region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a stable and rewarding sector.
Your primary role will be to conduct in-home demonstrations of our bespoke range of mobility products directly to customers. This is a consultative and empathetic sales role, where the focus is on understanding the individual needs and challenges of each customer. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting In-Home Demonstrations: Meeting customers in the comfort of their own homes to professionally present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our specialised mobility products.
- Needs Assessment and Tailoring: Engaging with customers and their families to thoroughly understand their mobility needs, lifestyle, and home environment, then expertly tailoring our products to provide the perfect solution.
- Consultative Selling: Guiding customers through the sales process with empathy, transparency, and exceptional product knowledge.
- Lead Management: All sales appointments are fully qualified and supplied directly by the company's head office, meaning you can focus entirely on selling and providing excellent service, without the need for cold calling or lead generation.
- Experience in Field Sales: Proven, demonstrable experience in a field-based sales role is essential. Experience within the mobility, healthcare, or a related high-value in-home sales sector is highly advantageous.
- Full UK Driving License & Suitable Vehicle: This position involves travel within your designated territory.
- Self-Motivation and Drive: A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent Communication: Superb verbal and presentation skills are necessary to articulate product benefits clearly.
- We Offer
- Industry-Leading Earning Potential: A highly competitive package with an excellent commission only structure (uncapped earnings) offering an On-Target Earning (OTE) potential of £85,000.00 - £180,000.00 per year.
- Qualified Appointments: Consistent flow of fully qualified sales appointments provided centrally by the company.
- Full Training: Comprehensive, full-product and sales training is provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in this specialised sector. Previous experience in direct field sales is essential.
