Full job description

We are seeking a polished, proactive and commercially minded Sales/Client Relationship Executive to join a leading doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic in Central London.

This is a relationship-led sales role combining luxury client service, personalised concierge support and structured follow-up. You will manage new enquiries, convert prospective clients into paid consultations with our doctors and proactively support existing clients in returning to the clinic.

This is not cold calling or high-pressure treatment sales. New clients are booked for a comprehensive medical consultation before any treatment is recommended. Your role is to understand their needs, build trust and confidently communicate the value of our doctor-led approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to new enquiries by telephone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels.
  • Convert suitable enquiries into confirmed, paid doctor consultations.
  • Follow up warm leads consistently and confidently.
  • Proactively contact existing clients who are due or overdue to return.
  • Build long-term relationships through personalised, concierge-style service.
  • Manage appointment availability, waiting lists and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up actions within the CRM.
  • Work towards consultation-booking, conversion, rebooking and retention targets.
  • Work closely with doctors and the wider clinic team to deliver a seamless client experience.

About you

You may come from luxury retail, private healthcare, premium hospitality, concierge services, high-end property, travel or another relationship-led sales environment. Medical-aesthetics experience is not essential.

You will have:

  • Experience in client-facing sales, client development or premium customer service.
  • Confidence converting warm enquiries without using a high-pressure approach.
  • A proactive and disciplined approach to client follow-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working towards measurable targets.
  • The ability to build trust and relationships with discerning clients.
  • A professional, discreet and emotionally intelligent manner.

Full training on the clinic’s services and doctor-led consultation model will be provided.

Salary: £34,000–£36,000 basic, plus up to £7,000 annual commission (OTE £40,000–£43,000)

Pay: £34,000.00-£43,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Free flu jabs
  • Health & wellbeing programme
  • Life insurance
  • Work from home

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, Greater London: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • working in a luxury high end service led business: 3 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)

Work Location: In person
