Sales Manager – Practice Growth

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Salary: £35,000 + uncapped bonus

The Role

We are looking for a hungry, relentless, high-performance Sales Manager to drive growth at our Stratford-upon-Avon practice.

This is not a desk job. We need a true closer — someone confident, fearless, and commercially sharp who can get out into the community, create demand, bring patients through the door, and convert opportunities into revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hard-Core Sales

  • Drive consultations, treatment uptake, and revenue growth
  • Convert leads into high-value treatments (smile makeovers, bonding, aligners, whitening, implants)
  • Own the sales journey from first enquiry to treatment start
  • Maximise every opportunity to generate revenue

Out in the Field

  • Get out locally — build relationships, partnerships, and referrals
  • Leafleting, local outreach, community engagement, events
  • Create buzz and demand around the practice
  • Build strong local presence and reputation

Commercial Performance

  • Hit and exceed sales targets
  • Drive diary utilisation and treatment conversion
  • Track KPIs and push performance daily
  • Work closely with clinicians and central team to maximise results
