Business Development Manager - Healthcare

Territory: South East + South West England - Field Sales (candidates ideally around M4)
Office - Leeds - visit once per month

What You'll Do:

  • Sell patient handling, fall prevention and patient care solutions
  • 85% Acute Care - ward based selling
  • Win new NHS and private healthcare business across the South
  • Develop existing accounts and key stakeholder relationships
  • Sell to procurement, tissue viability, falls prevention, infection prevention, moving & handling specialists
  • Lead product demonstrations, evaluations and Trust-wide rollouts
  • Drive long-term growth through consultative selling

Requirements:

  • Healthcare, NHS or hospital sales experience - essential
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building ability
  • Self-motivated and happy managing a large territory
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Can spend 2/3 weeks up in Leeds for training/induction
