  • Take ownership of every patient journey, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Experienced in outbound sales or a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • A confident communicator with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated and committed to achieving results.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service while helping people make informed decisions.

What We Offer

  • Modern, state-of-the-art working environment.
  • 33 days annual leave (pro rata).
  • Free Laser Eye Surgery and Intraocular Lens Surgery (subject to eligibility).
  • Free eye tests.
  • Discounts on prescription eyewear and sunglasses.
  • Generous friends and family discount scheme.
  • Comprehensive training on refractive treatments and patient care.
  • Clear career progression opportunities for high performers.
  • Company pension scheme.

If you're looking for a rewarding role with genuine career development opportunities in a supportive and professional environment, we'd love to hear from you.
