Business Development & Referral Partnership Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and driven Business Development & Sales Representative to help grow our expanding dental clinics by building strong relationships with local dental practices and healthcare providers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing referral partnerships with nearby clinics, arranging educational "Lunch & Learn" events, and introducing practices to our specialist services, including:
- Root canal treatment (Endodontics)
- Oral surgery
- Dental sedation
- Out-of-hours emergency dental care
You will act as the face of our clinics, building long-term professional relationships and helping referring practices understand how we can support their patients.
What We're Looking For

- Confident, outgoing, and professional manner
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable visiting practices and presenting to clinicians and teams
- Ability to work independently while contributing to wider business goals
- Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or dental business development is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential referral partners
- Arrange and coordinate Lunch & Learn sessions
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with local dental practices
- Promote our specialist and emergency dental services
- Support the onboarding of new referral clinics
- Represent the practice professionally and uphold our values
- Monitor and report on partnership activity and opportunities
