The Role

This isn't an admin role. This is a performance-driven sales position where your ability to engage patients, build relationships and secure commitment directly impacts business success.

You'll be responsible for speaking with patients ahead of their consultations, making sure they are informed, excited and fully committed to attending.

You'll:

  • Speak with warm leads via phone, SMS and email
  • Build rapport and create excitement around treatment opportunities
  • Reconfirm appointments and manage patient expectations
  • Handle objections and overcome concerns that may prevent attendance
  • Re-engage patients who are considering cancelling or not attending
  • Work closely with our practice teams to maximise consultation attendance
  • Keep accurate records and follow-up activity
