Join Vyne, part of Optimum Medical, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Care Home and Patient Services business.

This is an exciting new role created as a result of our continued growth and ambitious plans for the future. You'll have the unique opportunity to build and lead a brand-new national sales function from the ground up, designing the structure, processes and culture that will drive long-term success. You'll recruit and develop a talented team, establish scalable sales frameworks, and play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition and revenue growth across key healthcare channels.

If you're commercially driven, passionate about developing people and excited by the challenge of creating something new, we'd love to hear from you.

About Vyne

Vyne is a specialist healthcare service dedicated to supporting patients, carers and healthcare professionals through innovative home delivery and clinical support solutions.

As part of Optimum Medical, we are committed to improving patient outcomes, delivering exceptional customer experiences and finding better ways to support those who rely on our services every day.

About the Role

As our Sales Team Manager – Care Homes, you'll be responsible for building, leading and developing a high-performing outbound sales function focused on generating new business and revenue growth.

You'll recruit and lead a team of Sales Representatives, establish performance metrics, implement best-practice sales processes and create a culture centred around accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.

Working closely with our Territory Executive field sales team, you'll ensure sales activity is coordinated, opportunities are maximised and customers receive a seamless experience throughout their journey.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who thrives on creating structure, momentum and results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing outbound sales team, creating a culture focused on accountability, customer experience and continuous improvement.
  • Establish team structures, KPIs, coaching frameworks and performance standards to drive individual and team success.
  • Lead proactive sales campaigns across Care Home and Direct-to-Patient channels, delivering against revenue, acquisition and conversion targets.
  • Implement innovative prospecting and consultative selling strategies to identify, create and convert new business opportunities.
  • Optimise sales processes, CRM systems and telephony platforms to improve productivity, customer engagement and overall performance.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates and customer journey performance, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Territory Executives to generate qualified opportunities, support account planning and maximise sales conversion across territories.
  • Build strong relationships with care home owners, managers and procurement teams to identify growth opportunities within residential, nursing and specialist care settings.
  • Lead empathetic, consultative conversations with patients, carers and families, delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining regulatory and data privacy compliance.
  • Develop reporting, governance and succession planning frameworks to support the long-term growth and success of the sales function.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience leading high-performing sales, outbound sales or contact centre sales teams.
  • Demonstrable success building, launching or transforming a sales operation.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Experience managing KPIs, forecasting and pipeline performance.
  • Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with CRM, telephony and customer management platforms.
  • Excellent coaching, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales performance, customer behaviours and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think outside the box, identify new opportunities and convert them into commercial success.

Desirable

  • Experience within healthcare, care homes, medical devices, mobility, pharmacy or related sectors.
  • Experience leading customer acquisition or business development teams.
  • Understanding of care home markets and healthcare services.
  • Experience managing multi-channel sales environments.
