Bodyline Medical Wellness Clinics is a UK-leading CQC-regulated medical wellness and clinical research organisation with over 18 years of experience delivering exceptional patient care. Specialising in obesity medicine, metabolic health, female and male health, preventative healthcare and clinical research, Bodyline provides specialized patient-centered services across 7 clinic locations in the Northwest and through remote clinical support services.

Working across the Manchester region (Stockport, Openshaw and Warrington) you will work closely with the Merseyside regional Sales Manager. It will be essential to be able to drive between clinics. This role provides great opportunities for personal development within a growing medical services clinic group.

The business is expanding into exciting new areas, both in the development of new treatments but also new clinical services.

Purpose of the Role

The Regional Sales & Clinic Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing patient acquisition, maximising clinic utilization over appointments and resource costs and ensuring an exceptional patient experience across the Manchester region. The role combines commercial leadership, business development, people management and operational oversight while ensuring regulatory compliance and high clinical standards. You will report directly into the MD & Founder.

Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets over the 3 clinics and region
  • Deliver an effective outbound calling function direct to your patients current and past with yourself and the assistant manager
  • Drive growth across all assigned clinics
  • Maximise enquiry-to-treatment conversion rates.
  • Increase average patient spend through treatment pathways and product sales.
  • Drive patient retention and repeat business.
  • Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Marketing to maximize return on investment from campaigns.

Business Development

  • To support the delivery of new service patient pathways
  • To develop an improvement culture of refining and improving processes and patient experience
  • Build relationships with GP practices, pharmacies, consultants, employers and local businesses.
  • Develop referral partnerships that generate sustainable patient growth.
  • Attend networking and community events.
  • Identify new opportunities for regional expansion and growth.

Management and leadership

  • To develop and lead the assistant manager role
  • To set clear KPIs and expectations for the Assistant Manager role
  • Foster a positive accountability structure

Patient Experience

  • Ensure every patient receives an outstanding customer journey.
  • Monitor patient feedback and implement service improvements.
  • Respond to and resolve complaints professionally
  • Promote a patient-first culture across all clinics.

Clinic Operations & Compliance

  • Manage daily clinic operations and standards.
  • Optimise diary utilisation and appointment capacity.
  • Maintain accurate records through Pabau CRM.
  • Oversee stock control, audits and clinic presentation.
  • Support CQC and Home Office audit requirements.
  • Manage health and safety responsibilities.
  • Line manage Assistant Clinic Managers and support staff development.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue and utilisation metrics.
  • Forecast business performance and identify risks.
  • Present performance updates and action plans to senior leadership.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales leadership, clinic management or business development.
  • Proven record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and KPI reporting.Full UK driving license.

Desirable

  • Healthcare, wellness experience.
  • Knowledge of CQC-regulated environments.
  • Pabau CRM experience.
  • Preventative healthcare or obesity management knowledge.
