As we continue to grow our network of clinics nationally, we are looking for a driven and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team and uphold the high standards our clients expect.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic, managing the team, driving performance, and ensuring every client has an outstanding experience.

You'll be supported by Head Office and a wider operations team, but you must be confident taking ownership of your clinic and leading by example.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing your team of practitioners and reception staff
  • Driving outbound client engagement (outflow calls and texts) to maximise bookings and revenue
  • Overseeing consultations and supporting practitioner with the process to ensure the clinic team achieves sales targets
  • Managing doctor clinic days, including scheduling, supply preparation, and communication
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and compliance standards, including CQC requirements where applicable.
  • Maintain robust risk management, documentation, and governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational innovation.
  • Handling client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining cleaning standards and ensuring all compliance records are completed accurately
  • Liaising with Head Office on pricing, HR matters, and operational queries
  • Monitoring KPIs and supporting your team in hitting individual and clinic targets
  • Encouraging and managing Google Reviews to protect and grow the clinic's reputation

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
  • At least 4 years' experience in a laser or aesthetic clinic setting
  • Proven clinic management experience with a strong sales track record
  • Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and CQC compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
  • Comfortable working long shifts and prioritising role responsibilities

What We Offer

  • £35,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000–£45,000)
  • Very generous staff treatment discounts
  • A supportive, friendly, and inclusive team culture

Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week
Job Type: Full Time 1 Year Maternity Cover Contract
Work Location: In person, clinic based

Pay: £35,000.00-£35,001.00 per year
