We’re looking for driven sales consultants to take up the reins and handle client enquiries and treatment plans at our established Clinic in Harewood, Harrogate.

About the candidate:

Candidates should be motivated to progress their career and grow with our business. They should feel comfortable dealing with new enquiries, face-to-face consultations and assessments and the everyday running of our clinics. A warm, friendly and professional manner is important. Empathy is key to being successful in the role. Maintaining relationships and being available with professional advice or just a sympathetic ear are parts of the job. Competence in stock control, administration and handling of finances is also important. Candidates with experience from similar roles are encouraged to apply, alongside those who exhibit good character and a professional approach to work. However, while specific experience is welcome it is not essential. Training can be provided where required. The advertised role may suit those with experience in recruitment, healthcare and medical sales.

About remuneration and rewards:

The successful candidates will receive a basic retainer salary of £30,000 with added bonuses for hitting realistic and achievable targets. OTE for these roles is open ended and uncapped. £70-80K+ per annum is already being achieved by our consultants in this role. Successful candidates will also receive a benefits package tailored to their individual preference. Due to the importance of hiring the best people for these positions the above conditions are open to negotiation, when the right candidate is identified. The successful candidate will be required to work two later evenings and a Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday with two later evenings on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Salary: £30K OTE of £70-£80K+ (uncapped) per annum.

The successful candidate will be required to work from the Harewood Clinic, with initial training taking place at the Manchester Clinic. Please note there may be times when the candidate is required to also work at the Manchester Clinic.
